When you supreme an orange, you cut away the peel, bitter pith and membrane from the individual segments—or supremes. The orange pieces are perfect for a salad or simply a beautiful presentation.
Watch this short video for a demonstration.
1. Cut off the top and bottom of the orange.

2. Set the orange on a flat end and cut off the peel and pith.

3. Last, carefully cut between each membrane, removing just the orange segment.
