Zesty Guacamole
Ingredients
| 2 | avocados | |
| ⅛ | teaspoon ground cumin | |
| ¼ | teaspoon lime zest | |
| 1½ | tablespoons lime juice | |
| ¾ | teaspoon salt | |
| ¼ | teaspoon garlic powder | |
| 2¼ | tablespoons coconut milk | |
| 1 | tomato | |
| 1 | tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped | |
| 1 | bag TOSTITOS Hint of Jalapeno Tortilla Chips |
Directions
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Skin and remove pit from one avocado. Place the skinned avocado in medium-sized bowl. Mash the avocado and whisk until it becomes a smooth puree. Add cumin, lime zest, lime juice, salt, garlic powder and coconut milk and mix well.
Next, remove seeds from the tomato and cut into ¼-inch dice. Skin and remove pit from the remaining avocado. Cut the avocado into a ¼-inch dice. Add the tomato, avocado and cilantro to the puree, using a spoon to fold all ingredients together. Serve with tortilla chips.
