Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place ground chuck in a medium-sized mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine. Form into six evenly sized patties, pressing firmly to force out any excess air. Grill patties for five minutes, and then flip and grill for five minutes more until fully cooked or until an internal temperature of 160° F (71° C) is reached. Add a generous slice of brie during the last two minutes of grilling.

Toast the buns lightly on the grill. Spread one tablespoon each of mustard and mayonnaise evenly on top and bottom of each bun. Place apple slices on bottom half of bun and place burgers on top. Divide the arugula evenly between the burgers and cover with the top bun.
