Ingredients

| 2 | cups CO-OP GOLD Mango Juice | |
| 2 | cups white sugar | |
| 3 | tbsp fresh cilantro | |

| 4 | oz CO-OP GOLD Lime Sparkling Water | |

| 3-4 | CO-OP GOLD Mango Chunks, grilled | |

Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Serves: 1
- Smear the rim of a short glass with sriracha. Dust the rim with salt.
- To make the syrup, combine mango juice, sugar and cilantro in a small pot. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk until the sugar has dissolved and syrup has thickened. Remove the cilantro. Measure out 2 ounces and refrigerate the rest for another use.
- Combine syrup, lime juice, sriracha, mango chunks and optional tequila in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a rimmed short glass.
- Top with lime sparkling water. Add ice cubes. Garnish with grilled mango chunks and fresh cilantro.
If you’d prefer to enjoy your cocktail (or mocktail) with a friend, double up your ingredients and make two servings.
