Tropical Overnight Oats

Ingredients
2   cups QUAKER Large Flake Oats
2   cups coconut milk beverage
  cups banana, chopped and divided
1   tablespoon chia seeds
1   tablespoon hemp seeds
1   tablespoon buckwheat seeds
3   tablespoons honey, divided
6   tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted and divided
1   cup fresh pineapple, quartered

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: Overnight

Place oats, coconut milk beverage, ½ cup banana, chia seeds, hemp seeds, buckwheat seeds, one tablespoon honey and two tablespoons coconut in a bowl and mix well. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.

Check consistency of the mixture the next morning, adding more coconut milk beverage if the oatmeal is too thick. Divide the mixture between four containers and top with pineapple, one cup banana, two tablespoons honey and four tablespoons coconut.
