Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons LUCKY DRAGON Soy Sauce | |
| 3 | tablespoons lime juice | |
| 1½ | tablespoons fish sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons brown sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons Sriracha | |
| Beef | ||
| 2 | tablespoons vegetable oil, divided | |
| 1 | pound (454 grams) CO-OP Lean Ground Beef | |
| ¾ | cup button mushrooms, ¼ inch slices | |
| 1 | cup red bell pepper, ¼ inch slices | |
| ½ | cup onion, thinly sliced | |
| ½ | cup corn | |
| 1 | tablespoon fresh garlic, minced | |
| ⅓ | cup basil, lightly chopped | |
| CO-OP GOLD Jasmine Rice or LUCKY DRAGON Rice Vermicelli Noodles | ||
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
- Place sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Set aside for later.
- Place a large frying pan on high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and allow it to heat up. Add beef and cook until cooked through, breaking up with a wooden spoon. When cooked, take beef out of the pan and set aside.
- Place pan back on the heat and add other tablespoon of oil. Add mushrooms and brown for about two minutes. Next, add peppers and onions and cook for another two minutes. Add corn and garlic, cook for one minute and then add cooked ground beef back into pan with the vegetables. Turn heat down to medium and add sauce to pan. Cook for one minute, add basil and mix well.
- Serve over steamed rice or your favourite noodles.
