cup SAPUTO Ricotta Cheese | |

cup CO-OP GOLD Plain Greek Yogurt | |

teaspoon orange zest | |

cup orange segments, diced | |

cup blueberries | |
¼ |
cup raspberries | |
2 | tablespoons sunflower seeds, toasted | |
2 | tablespoons almonds sliced or slivered, toasted | |
2 | tablespoons pumpkin seeds, toasted | |
2 | tablespoons walnuts, toasted | |
1 | tablespoon hemp seed | |
1 | tablespoon basil, chopped | |
1 | tablespoon honey |

Serves: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Mix ricotta, yogurt and orange zest together and divide into two cereal bowls. Top each bowl with fruit. Divide the remaining ingredients evenly between the two bowls.
