Ingredients

Pizza Crust
1   cup CO-OP GOLD All Purpose Enriched Flour
  tsp Baking Powder
¼   tsp salt
1   tbsp CO-OP GOLD Olive Oil
1   cup CO-OP GOLD cottage cheese
Toppings
1   cup tomato sauce
2   cups lightly chopped spinach
1   cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1⅓   cup CO-OP GOLD Shredded Pizza Mozzarella
1   cup spicy Italian sausage meat

Directions

Total time: 23 – 27 mins

Serves: 4 – 6

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.
  • Blend olive oil and cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Mix with flour mixture until you have a ball of dough.
  • Cut dough ball into two. Using a rolling pin, and a little bit of flour if sticking to the counter, evenly roll out each ball to about 10 inches round and quite thin. Place on parchment paper on a sheet tray.
  • Bake the pizza shell in oven for 6 minutes. Take out and add toppings, starting with sauce, then spinach, peppers, cheese and then sausage. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
