Ingredients

1   medium long English cucumber, peeled, cut in half and seeds scooped out
1   tablespoons cumin seed, toasted and crushed
1   clove of garlic, minced finely
4   tablespoons mint, chopped
2   cups low-fat Greek yogurt
1   lemon, zest and juice
    salt, to taste



 

Directions

Grate the cucumber on a box grater. Transfer to a bowl, lightly season with salt and set aside for 20 minutes to draw out the excess moisture. Lightly squeeze out most of the remaining water and transfer to a new bowl. Combine with remaining ingredients. Season with salt.
