Ingredients

1   cup red onions, finely diced
½   cup raisins
  cup tomato, finely diced
½   tablespoon garlic, finely minced
½   tablespoon ginger, finely minced
½   cup red wine vinegar
  cup CO-OP GOLD Honey
1 ½   tablespoons whole mustard seed
½   teaspoon ground cumin
½   teaspoon smoked paprika
½   teaspoon salt
½   cup water
1   box lesley stowe’s raincoast crisps®

Directions

Place all ingredients, excluding raincoast crisps, in a sauce pot on low heat. Cover and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove lid and simmer until desired consistency is reached, stirring occasionally. Cool and serve with lesley stowe’s raincoast crisps® and your favourite cheeses and meats.
