Ingredients
| 1 | slice CO-OP GOLD Homestyle Deli-Roasted Ham | |
| 1 | slice CO-OP GOLD Swiss Cheese | |
| ¼ | avocado | |
| 1 | CO-OP GOLD Egg, hard boiled | |
| ¼ | teaspoon smoked paprika | |
| 2 | slices COUNTRY HARVEST Everything Bread | |
| 2 | tablespoons HELLMANN’s Real Mayonnaise |
Directions
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
- Cut ham, cheese, avocado and egg into quarter-inch pieces and toss with paprika in a bowl.
- Coat one side of both pieces of bread with mayonnaise. Place one of the slices mayo-side down in sandwich press. Spread sandwich filling evenly over bread. Next, add other slice of bread, mayo-side up.
- Close the sandwich press and cook for four to five minutes. Remove from press and eat warm or let cool to room temperature.
- To make this a very quick breakfast, make enough filling for five to 10 sandwiches, portion into freezer bags, then freeze. Pull a portion out just before you make the sandwich.
