|1||lime, juiced and zested|
|½||cup CO-OP GOLD Mayonnaise|
|1||tablespoon rosemary, very finely chopped|
Preheat grill to high heat.
Piri Piri Seasoning Blend
Combine all ingredients for the seasoning blend in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Place ground beef in a medium-sized mixing bowl and season with three tablespoons of the piri piri seasoning blend. Mix thoroughly to combine. Form the mixture into four even-sized patties, pressing firmly to force out any excess air. Grill on medium-high heat until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 71° C (160° F), about five minutes each side. Grill onion rings until tender.
While the burgers and onions are grilling, make the condiment. Combine lime juice, zest, mayonnaise and rosemary in a small bowl and stir to combine.
To assemble, dress the grilled patties with the condiment. Top with grilled onions and fried egg. Serves four.
