Ingredients
| 1 | cup mashed banana | |
| ¾ | cup CO-OP GOLD PURE Peanut Butter | |
| 2 | large eggs | |
| 2 | tsp of vanilla extract | |
| ¼ | cup CO-OP GOLD PURE Chocolate Oat Beverage | |
| ¼ | cup maple syrup or white sugar | |
| 1 | cup oat flour | |
| ¼ | cup rolled oats | |
| 1 | tsp baking powder | |
| ¼ | tsp salt | |
| ⅓ | cup CO-OP GOLD Baking Chips, Milk Chocolate or Semi-Sweet |

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Total Time: 30-35 minutes
Serves: 12
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray muffin tin.
- Combine wet ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to wet mixture and stir just until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly among the 12 spaces (or 9 for larger muffins).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
