Directions
Serves: 2–3
Preparation: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes
Substitute clam cocktail for tomato juice to make a Mock Caesar.
- Add juices, horseradish, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce to a pitcher and stir.
- Pour celery salt onto a plate.
- Use a lemon wedge to wet the rim of a tall glass. Dip rim into celery salt and twist to ensure entire glass is rimmed with salt. Repeat with remaining glasses.
- Fill glasses with ice and add mixture.
- Garnish with one or more of the garnish options.
