4 | cups granulated sugar | |
4 | cups blueberry juice (or blueberry juice blend) | |

¼ | cup CO-OP GOLD Apple Orange Peach Juice | |
1 | oz CO-OP GOLD Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice | |
2½ | tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice | |
1 | tsp CO-OP GOLD PURE Blueberry, Strawberry, Black Currant Fruit Spread | |
1 | oz dark rum (optional) | |
fresh blueberries for garnish | ||
fresh spearmint sprigs for garnish |

Serves: 1
- To make the maple blueberry syrup, combine the maple syrup, sugar and blueberry juice in a pot. Stir well, bring to a boil, then cool.
- Measure 1½ oz of blueberry syrup into a cocktail shaker and chill the remainder for another use. Measure all remaining ingredients, except the garnish, into the shaker. For an alcoholic beverage, add dark rum of your choice!
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass.
- Top with crushed ice and garnish with fresh berries and fresh mint.
