Total time: 1 hour
Directions
Steak
- Remove steak from fridge. Season with Spicy Pepper Medley, pressing it all over the surface to form a good crust. Pre-heat BBQ to medium.
- Place steak on BBQ grill set to medium heat. Grill each side for four to five minutes or until cooked to desired degree of doneness. Let rest for at least 15 minutes.
Salad
- Increase BBQ heat to medium-high. Place broccoli florets on grill top side down. Grill on each side, allowing dark char to form, four to five minutes. When charred, transfer to a bowl and cool.
- Grill both sides of bread, allowing it to dry out a bit. Take off the heat and cut into croutons and add to bowl.
- Toast the almonds in a small pan over medium high heat until golden. Transfer to the bowl.
