Ingredients
| 1 | ripe mango | |
| 1 | cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese | |
| 1 | cup powdered sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoon cinnamon | |
| ½ | teaspoon salt | |
| 8 | in-store baked donuts | |
| CO-OP GOLD Chocolate Topping | ||
| Fresh mint leaves |
Directions
Prep time: 15 minutes
Chill time: 1 hour
Total time: 1 hour, 25 minutes
Serves: 8
- Preheat grill to medium-hot. Peel and halve mango, discarding pit. Grill for 5 minutes per side or until grill marks appear.
- Chop half the mango. It should be about one cup. Cut remaining mango into eight slices and reserve for garnish.
- Use a countertop mixer, wooden spoon or handheld mixer to beat cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir in chopped mango. Let chill in fridge for 1 hour. Turn off grill in the meantime, then re-light it when ready to resume.
- Slice donuts in half crosswise and grill for about 5 minutes per side or until toasted.
- Spoon cream cheese filling over bottom halves of donuts. Top with remaining donut halves, chocolate topping, mango slices and mint leaves.
