cup non-sweetened, shredded coconut | |

cup hemp seeds | |
| 1 | tablespoon coconut sugar | |

cup LIBERTÉ Kefir, plain | |
| 2 | ice cubes |
Directions
Serves: 1
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for one to two minutes and enjoy. For best results, use frozen mango to ensure a chilled and refreshing smoothie.
