  cups mango, fresh or frozen

  cup non-sweetened, shredded coconut
¼
  cup hemp seeds
1   tablespoon coconut sugar

  cup LIBERTÉ Kefir, plain
2   ice cubes

Directions

Serves: 1
Prep Time: 3 minutes

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for one to two minutes and enjoy. For best results, use frozen mango to ensure a chilled and refreshing smoothie.
