½ | cup lemon juice | |
½ | cup CO-OP GOLD Orange Juice
⅞ | cup CO-OP GOLD Soy Sauce
2 | tablespoons ginger, finely minced
1 | teaspoon garlic, finely minced
2 | tablespoons sesame oil

Directions
Whisk all marinade ingredients together in medium-sized bowl. Transfer mixture to a large, sealable bag and add steaks. Squeeze out all the excess air to ensure that meat is evenly marinated. Marinate six to eight hours.
Remove the steaks from the marinade.
Preheat grill to medium-high and grill about five minutes on each side until medium-well, 71˚ C (160˚ F), and let rest in a warm place for at least 10 minutes to finish cooking through.
To serve, slice steak and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serves four.
