Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte
Ingredients
| 5–7 | CO-OP GOLD Frozen Strawberries | |
| 2 | tsp granulated maple sugar |
|
| 2 | tsp matcha powder | |
| ½ | cup hot water |
|
| ½ | cup oat milk | |
| Ice as needed |
Directions

Serves: 2
- Place the strawberries on a cutting board and chop coarsely. Sprinkle sugar on top and continue to chop until the strawberries are very finely minced. Set aside.
- Place the matcha powder in a small bowl or spouted measuring cup. Add half the boiling water to the matcha, whisking until there are no more clumps and the mixture is smooth. Add the remaining hot water and set aside.
- Divide the minced strawberry mixture into two 12-ounce glasses. Fill the cup ¾ of the way with ice.
- Slowly pour the milk over the strawberries, until the cup is about ¾ full.
- Slowly add the matcha to the glasses. Stir with a straw and enjoy.
