Ingredients

3   tablespoons CO-OP GOLD PURE Steak it Easy Spice
3   tablespoons CO-OP GOLD PURE Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
½   ounce lime juice
¾   ounce tequila (optional)
½   ounce CO-OP GOLD PURE Spicy Apple Vinegar
1   tablespoon sauce from canned chipotle peppers
3   dashes CO-OP GOLD Hot Cayenne Sauce
3   dashes of Worcestershire sauce
3   ounces pale ale (optional)
5   ounces MOTT’S Clamato Original Cocktail
    grilled celery and canned chipotle pepper

Directions

Serves: 1

Mix steak spice and sea salt together in a small bowl. Rim a collins glass with lime juice and spice mixture.

Add tequila, vinegar, sauces and beer to glass. Add ice and top off with Clamato Cocktail. Stir well and garnish with grilled celery and chipotle pepper.

To make this a virgin cocktail, do not use tequila and substitute pale ale with non-alcoholic beer.
