Ingredients

2   tablespoons HEMP YEAH vegan protein powder
2   tablespoons flax seeds
2   tablespoons hemp seeds
1   tablespoon coconut sugar
1   cup banana, frozen
3   ice cubes
¾
  to 1 cup vanilla almond milk, cold

  cup CO-OP GOLD PURE Apricot Granola
1   ripe banana, sliced
¼
  teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Place protein powder, flax, hemp, coconut sugar, frozen banana, ice cubes and ¾ cup almond milk in a blender. Blend well on high for about 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add remaining vanilla almond milk. The temperature of the banana and almond milk will affect texture and taste, so make sure they're cold.

Pour mixture into two bowls. Top with granola, sliced banana and lemon zest.
