Ingredients

1   cup diced hash browns
1   cup cubed old fashioned smoked ham
½   cup broccoli florets
1   cup grated ARMSTRONG Old Cheddar Cheese
2   tsp fresh dill, chopped
2   tsp fresh parsley, chopped
2   egg yolks
5   large eggs
½   cup milk
¼   tsp ground black pepper
¼   tsp salt

Directions

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Serves: 6


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place hash browns on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  • Lightly oil a 9 by 9-inch casserole dish. Combine ham, hash browns, broccoli and cheddar in the dish.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and whisk well. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the casserole dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
