Ingredients
| 1 | cup diced hash browns | |
| 1 | cup cubed old fashioned smoked ham | |
| ½ | cup broccoli florets | |
| 1 | cup grated ARMSTRONG Old Cheddar Cheese | |
| 2 | tsp fresh dill, chopped | |
| 2 | tsp fresh parsley, chopped | |
| 2 | egg yolks | |
| 5 | large eggs | |
| ½ | cup milk | |
| ¼ | tsp ground black pepper | |
| ¼ | tsp salt |

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Serves: 6
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place hash browns on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
- Lightly oil a 9 by 9-inch casserole dish. Combine ham, hash browns, broccoli and cheddar in the dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and whisk well. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the casserole dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
