Ingredients
¼ | cup almonds | |
½ | cup cashews | |
¼ | cup pistachios | |
1 | cup peanuts | |
¼ | cup walnuts | |
½ | cup garlic chili sauce | |
½ | cup maple syrup |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F. Roast all the nuts except pistachios until golden, about eight minutes. Combine garlic chili sauce and maple syrup and stir in all nuts, tossing until evenly coated. Place the nuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and return to oven for five to eight minutes. Remove from oven. Let the nuts stand until fully cooled and then season to taste with sea salt. Store in an airtight container.
