Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup MOTT’S FRUITSATIONS Apple Sauce | |
| 1 | cup grated carrot | |
| 1 | cup grated zucchini (squeezed to get the extra juice out) | |
| ½ | cup chopped CO-OP GOLD Dates | |
| 1 | cup brown sugar | |
| ½ | cup melted butter | |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 1¾ | cup flour | |
| 1 | tsp baking soda | |
| ¼ | tsp salt | |
| ¼ | tsp nutmeg | |
| ¼ | tsp cinnamon | |
| ½ | tsp allspice | |
| Crumble | ||
| ½ | cup flour | |
| ½ | cup brown sugar | |
| ¼ | cup melted butter | |
Directions
Prep time: 15 minutes
Total time: 40 minutes
Serves: 12
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a large muffin pan.
- Mix apple, apple sauce, carrot, zucchini, dates, brown sugar, butter and eggs in a bowl. Add remaining muffin ingredients and mix well.
- Mix crumble ingredients in a bowl, breaking it up with your fingers to get a nice crumble consistency.
- Evenly distribute muffin mix into the prepared pan and top with the crumble.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Let sit for 3 minutes, then remove from pan to cool and enjoy.
