Ingredients

1 ½   Tbsp. smoked paprika
2   Tbsp. ground Co-operative Coffee, Costa Rica
1   Tbsp. ground cumin
1   Tbsp. ground coriander
½   tsp ground cinnamon
1   tsp garlic powder
1   tsp onion powder
1   tsp ground all spice
1   tsp ground black pepper
1   tsp ground fennel seed
½   Tbsp. salt
1   KG Flank Marinating Steak

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins

  • Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat (400-420°F)
  • Blend all dry rub ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  • Very Lightly coat your steak with oil - just enough to help the dry rub to stick to the meat. Coat all sides well, pressing the rub onto the meat and making sure to get a good coating.
  • Place steak on barbecue and grill for 3 minutes per side, or to your desired doneness and internal temperature reached 63°C (145°F). Let the steak rest on a rack for at least 5 minutes before serving.
