Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

Ingredients

| ½ | cup sour cream | |
| ¼ | cup pickle juice | |
| 2 | tbsp CO-OP GOLD Dill Pickle Yellow Mustard | |
| ½ | tsp ground black pepper | |
| ½ | tsp salt | |
| Salad | ||
| 1 | lb CO-OP GOLD Penne | |
| 2½ | cups diced CO-OP GOLD Baby Dill Pickles | |
| 2 | cups diced CO-OP GOLD Cheddar Cheese | |
| 3 | CO-OP GOLD Double Smoked Smokies, diced | |
| 2 | tbsp fresh dill | |

Serves: 8–10
1. Make the dressing
Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, mustard, black pepper and salt in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
2. Make the pasta
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water to cool the pasta and drain again. Let stand 5 minutes.
3. Dress and chill before serving
Put the cooled pasta, pickles, cheese, smokies and dill in a large bowl. Add the dressing and stir to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to a day ahead. Garnish with more diced pickles and fresh dill.
