Salad | ||
1 | cup green cabbage, shredded | |
1 | cup red cabbage, shredded | |
1 | cup Brussels sprouts, shredded | |
1 | cup cauliflower, shredded | |

cup red onion, finely sliced | |
½ |
cup Granny Smith apple, sliced | |
3 | tablespoons sunflower seeds | |
3 | tablespoons pumpkin seeds | |
3 | tablespoons dried cranberries | |

teaspoon salt |
Directions
Serves: 8
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Dressing
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, whisking well to combine.
Salad
Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl, and toss to combine. Add desired amount of dressing, mixing with a wooden spoon until well combined. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
