Creamy Garlic Mash

Ingredients
| 8 | cups yellow potatoes, unpeeled and cut into one-inch pieces | |

| ¼ |
cup CO-OP GOLD Butter | |
| ¼ |
cup sour cream | |
| ¼ |
cup cream | |
| ¼ |
teaspoon garlic powder | |
| ¼ |
teaspoon onion powder |
Directions
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Place potatoes and salt in a large pot, and cover with cold water by three inches. Bring to a boil; then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Drain in a colander. Return potatoes to pot and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally for two to three minutes or until excess water has cooked out of potatoes. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well with a firm whisk or potato masher. Add salt to taste.
