Compound Butter

Ingredients
| 1 | pound (two cups) CO-OP GOLD Butter, softened | |
| 1 |
tablespoon fennel, toasted and ground |

| 1 |
tablespoon black pepper, toasted and ground |
|
| 1 |
tablespoon ground cumin, toasted |
|
| 1 |
lemon, zested |
|
| ¼ |
teaspoon salt |
|
| 2 | garlic cloves, finely grated |
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, whip the butter until light. Add remaining ingredients, while mixing, until thoroughly combined. For easy serving, place some of the butter mixture on plastic wrap and roll into tightened cylinders. Transfer the cylinders to the freezer and then just cut off pieces of the butter as needed. This butter goes great on meat, fish and potatoes!
