Ingredients

2   racks pork back ribs, about 2 kg (4.4 lbs.)
1   teaspoon smoked paprika
2   cups Coca-Cola
  cup CO-OP GOLD Maple Syrup
1   cup CO-OP GOLD Ketchup
1   teaspoon sriracha
1   tablespoon garlic, chopped
  cup red wine vinegar

Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients in large bowl. Whisk to combine. Transfer to a large, sealable bag and add ribs. Squeeze out excess air to ensure even marination. Marinate in refrigerator for 10 – 12 hours.

Remove ribs from marinade.

Preheat grill to medium-low and grill for 30 minutes on each side. Watch temperature, as sugars in the marinade will burn if the grill gets too hot. Baste periodically with marinade. Serves four.
