Coca-Cola Maple Ribs

Ingredients
| 2 | racks pork back ribs, about 2 kg (4.4 lbs.) | |
| 1 | teaspoon smoked paprika | |
| 2 | cups Coca-Cola | |
| ⅓ | cup CO-OP GOLD Maple Syrup | |
| 1 | cup CO-OP GOLD Ketchup | |
| 1 | teaspoon sriracha | |
| 1 | tablespoon garlic, chopped | |
| ⅔ | cup red wine vinegar |
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in large bowl. Whisk to combine. Transfer to a large, sealable bag and add ribs. Squeeze out excess air to ensure even marination. Marinate in refrigerator for 10 – 12 hours.
Remove ribs from marinade.
Preheat grill to medium-low and grill for 30 minutes on each side. Watch temperature, as sugars in the marinade will burn if the grill gets too hot. Baste periodically with marinade. Serves four.
