Ingredients
| 1 | package CO-OP Gold Shortbread | |
| ½ | cup chocolate | |
| desired toppings (coconut, toffee bits, sprinkles, dried fruit, etc.) |
Directions
In a small sauce pan, add about a cup of water. Turn heat to medium.
While water is starting to steam, place chocolate in a heat proof bowl, and place on top of sauce pan. Begin whisking chocolate until it melts.
Once melted, remove from heat, and dip cookies into melted chocolate, place on a cooling rack, and sprinkle with toppings while chocolate is still warm.
