2 | teaspoons onion powder | |
2 | tablespoons smoked paprika | |
2 | teaspoons cayenne | |
2 | teaspoons ground cumin | |
¼ | teaspoon salt | |
2 | pounds CO-OP Ground Pork | |
4 | ACE Gourmet Buns |
Directions
Prepare the patties by combining all the above ingredients and mixing thoroughly. Pat into four patties and grill until an internal temperature of 71° C (160° F) is reached. Serve on your favourite ACE Gourmet bun with lime-mayo and pickled cilantro leaves.
