Ingredients

¼   cup raisins
½   cup butter, melted
1   cup brown sugar
½   cup corn syrup
3   tbsp maple syrup
2   large eggs
1   tbsp white vinegar
1   tsp CLUBHOUSE Pure Vanilla
¼   cup CO-OP GOLD Chopped Walnuts, toasted
  tsp salt
1   TENDERFLAKE 9-inch Deep Dish Pie Shell

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Serves: 8

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place raisins in hot water for 10 minutes to soften. Drain well.
  • Whisk melted butter, sugar, corn syrup, maple syrup and eggs together in a large bowl.
  • Add vinegar, vanilla, walnuts and salt to the bowl and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until it is just set. Let cool fully before cutting.
