Ingredients
| ¼ | cup raisins | |
| ½ | cup butter, melted | |
| 1 | cup brown sugar | |
| ½ | cup corn syrup | |
| 3 | tbsp maple syrup | |
| 2 | large eggs | |
| 1 | tbsp white vinegar | |
| 1 | tsp CLUBHOUSE Pure Vanilla | |
| ¼ | cup CO-OP GOLD Chopped Walnuts, toasted | |
| ⅛ | tsp salt | |
| 1 | TENDERFLAKE 9-inch Deep Dish Pie Shell |

Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Serves: 8
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place raisins in hot water for 10 minutes to soften. Drain well.
- Whisk melted butter, sugar, corn syrup, maple syrup and eggs together in a large bowl.
- Add vinegar, vanilla, walnuts and salt to the bowl and mix well.
- Pour mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until it is just set. Let cool fully before cutting.
