Ingredients
| 4 | large eggs, cooked over easy or sunny-side up | |
| 1 | small cucumber, cut into batons | |
| 1 | avocado, sliced | |
| ½ | cup alfalfa sprouts | |
| 4 | tablespoons CO-OP GOLD Cream Cheese | |
| ½ | bunch of dill | |
| 16 | slices (approximately) of smoked CO-OP Salmon | |
| 4 | The Market Place Deli whole grain wraps | |
| CO-OP GOLD Ranch or Thousand Island dressing |
Directions
Lay the wraps flat and spread an even layer of cream cheese down the centre. Top the cream cheese with smoked salmon and avocado. Lightly sprinkle the dill and alfalfa across, then top with the cucumber. Drizzle the salad mixture with the zesty dressing of your choice. Add Egg. Makes four wraps.
