Ingredients

Honey syrup
1   cup CO-OP GOLD PURE Raw Honey
1   cup boiling water
Drink
  oz. Bourbon
¾   oz. honey syrup
¾   oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1   tsp (barspoon) CO-OP GOLD PURE Raspberry Jam
1   ice cubes
3-4   berries from CO-OP GOLD Frozen Berry Blend for garnish

Directions

Serves 1
Prep Time: 5 minutes + 30 minutes chilling
Total Time: 35 minutes


  • To make the honey syrup, whisk together the water and honey until honey melts and is incorporated. Chill for at least 30 minutes before using.
  • Select a rocks glass.
  • Measure the bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice and raspberry jam into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail into the rocks glass. Add ice and garnish with frozen berries.

  • This recipe includes homemade honey syrup. Use what you need and store the rest in the fridge for another day. If you don’t have a bar spoon in your bar kit, use a teaspoon, as it is the same volume.
