Ingredients

Dry
1   cup (120 g) CO-OP CENTSIBLES All-Purpose Flour
2   tbsp (32 g) sugar
1   tsp (5 g) baking powder
¼   tsp (2 g) baking soda
Wet
2   CO-OP CENTSIBLES Eggs
1   cup (135 g) CO-OP GOLD Vanilla Greek Yogurt
¼   cup (58 mL) milk
1   (approx 115 g) overripe banana, peeled and mashed
2   tbsp (25 g) melted CO-OP CENTSIBLES Butter

Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes
Makes 8 – 10 medium pancakes


  • Place dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together to ensure it is all incorporated. In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients. Next, add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Place a large nonstick frying pan or flat-top grill on medium heat. Grease with butter or oil. Pour a scoop of batter on and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve with maple syrup, your favourite toppings or on their own!
