Ingredients

| 1 | cup (120 g) CO-OP CENTSIBLES All-Purpose Flour | |
| 2 | tbsp (32 g) sugar | |
| 1 | tsp (5 g) baking powder | |
| ¼ | tsp (2 g) baking soda | |
| Wet | ||
| 2 | CO-OP CENTSIBLES Eggs | |
| 1 | cup (135 g) CO-OP GOLD Vanilla Greek Yogurt | |
| ¼ | cup (58 mL) milk | |
| 1 | (approx 115 g) overripe banana, peeled and mashed | |
| 2 | tbsp (25 g) melted CO-OP CENTSIBLES Butter | |
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes
Makes 8 – 10 medium pancakes
- Place dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together to ensure it is all incorporated. In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients. Next, add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Place a large nonstick frying pan or flat-top grill on medium heat. Grease with butter or oil. Pour a scoop of batter on and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with maple syrup, your favourite toppings or on their own!
