½ | cup CO-OP GOLD PURE Peanut Butter | |
½ | cup CO-OP GOLD Quick Oats | |
⅓ | cup CO-OP GOLD Sultana Raisins | |
¼ | tsp CLUB HOUSE Organic Ground Cinnamon | |

12 | banana slices ¼-inch thick | |
2 | tbsp CO-OP GOLD PURE Honey |

- Place all cookie mix ingredients into a stand mixer bowl. Mix with a paddle attachment on high for 1 minute until it’s all mixed thoroughly.
- Using a spoon, split mix into 12 round cookie piles on a parchment-lined baking tray. Place a slice of banana on top of each cookie and lightly press it down. Split honey between cookies, placing a bit on the banana slices.
- Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 350℉ for 12–14 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
