Baked Cod with Garlic Chili Green Beans

Ingredients
| 1 | 400g package CO-OP GOLD Cod Fillets | |
| ¼ | teaspoon salt | |
| 1½ | cup fresh green beans | |
| 3 | tablespoon olive oil | |
| 1 | teaspoon fresh garlic, finely minced | |
| ¼ | teaspoon chili flakes | |
| 1 | tablespoon lemon juice | |
| ¼ | teaspoon lemon zest | |
| 1 | tablespoon fresh basil, chopped |

Cook Time: 10 mins
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Season cod fillets with salt and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 6–8 minutes or until just cooked through.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for about 3 minutes or until they are just tender. Strain them well and add to your two plates. Place fish on top of beans.
- Add oil to a small frying pan on medium heat and allow to warm up. Add garlic and chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, not allowing the garlic to brown. Next, add lemon juice, zest and basil and cook for another 30 seconds. Spoon sauce over fish and green beans and serve.
