4 | cups cooked rotini pasta | |
2 | cups CO-OP GOLD Old Cheddar Shredded Cheese | |

⅓ | cup CO-OP GOLD PURE Sweet Green Relish | |
3 | tbsp CO-OP GOLD PURE Yellow Mustard | |
½ | cup CO-OP GOLD Hot Pepper Rings |
Directions

Total time: 40 minutes
Serves: 6 – 8
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place a large pot on medium-high heat. Add oil and when hot, add ground beef. Cook until water evaporates and beef starts to brown, breaking it up in the process of cooking. Add onion and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, cheddar cheese soup, salt and pepper. Mix and cook on low until warm. Add cooked rotini pasta, mix well, then pour into an 8 by 12-inch casserole dish.
- Evenly spread shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and evenly spread on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 10 more minutes or until bacon and cheese is golden on the top.
- Take out of the oven and the garnish with relish, mustard and hot pepper rings.
