Ingredients

3   tablespoons wasabi peas, finely crushed
3   tablespoons CO-OP GOLD Himalayan Pink Salt
1   ounce vodka, optional
¾   ounce ginger juice*
½   ounce ReaLime Juice
1   teaspoon sriracha sauce
¼   ounce CO-OP GOLD Soy Sauce
1   dash fish sauce
5   ounces MOTTS Clamato Cocktail
Garnish
2   sprigs fresh cilantro
1   lime wedge

Directions

Serves: 1

Mix crushed wasabi peas and salt together in a small bowl.  Rim a collins glass with ReaLime Juice and wasabi pea mixture.   

Add ice to the glass and add ingredients in order listed.  Stir well and garnish with lime wedge and cilantro springs.

*Ginger juice: Place ½ cup of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped, and one cup of water in a blender. Blend on high speed until a smooth consistency is reached. Strain into a container through a fine mesh strainer. Refrigerate ginger juice until needed.
