Asian Fusion Caesar
Ingredients
| 3 | tablespoons wasabi peas, finely crushed | |
| 3 | tablespoons CO-OP GOLD Himalayan Pink Salt | |
| 1 | ounce vodka, optional | |
| ¾ | ounce ginger juice* | |
| ½ | ounce ReaLime Juice | |
| 1 | teaspoon sriracha sauce | |
| ¼ | ounce CO-OP GOLD Soy Sauce | |
| 1 | dash fish sauce | |
| 5 | ounces MOTTS Clamato Cocktail | |
| Garnish | ||
| 2 | sprigs fresh cilantro | |
| 1 | lime wedge | |
Directions
Serves: 1
Mix crushed wasabi peas and salt together in a small bowl. Rim a collins glass with ReaLime Juice and wasabi pea mixture.
Add ice to the glass and add ingredients in order listed. Stir well and garnish with lime wedge and cilantro springs.
*Ginger juice: Place ½ cup of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped, and one cup of water in a blender. Blend on high speed until a smooth consistency is reached. Strain into a container through a fine mesh strainer. Refrigerate ginger juice until needed.
