¼   cup CO-OP GOLD Dried Apricots
½   cup CO-OP GOLD PURE Oat Crunch Granola
2   tbsp chopped CO-OP GOLD Roasted Unsalted Cashews
2   tbsp pure maple syrup
  tsp ground cinnamon

  • To assemble, spread cottage cheese on the bottom of two bowls. Add diced apple, apricots, granola and cashews to each bowl. Top with syrup and cinnamon. Keep chilled.
