| ¼ | cup CO-OP GOLD Dried Apricots | |

| 2 | tbsp chopped CO-OP GOLD Roasted Unsalted Cashews | |
| 2 | tbsp pure maple syrup | |
| ⅛ | tsp ground cinnamon |

- To assemble, spread cottage cheese on the bottom of two bowls. Add diced apple, apricots, granola and cashews to each bowl. Top with syrup and cinnamon. Keep chilled.
