London Ice Cream Company uses only fresh Canadian milk to craft their ice cream in small batches.
"Our ice cream is made the way it used to be," explained Abbi Lezizidis from London Ice Cream Company. "This process takes much longer to produce than most of today's ice cream. We don’t cut corners. Good things come to those who wait!"
Their batch pasteurization, homogenization and quick freeze technology ensure better control of product formulation, and their flavour and mix development makes for ultimate flavour delivery, ensuring the perfect scoop every time.

Brownie Fudge
Meet Chocolate Brownie Fudge, perhaps the moodiest of the lot with a dark and indulgent flavour. Deep dark chocolate ice cream meets swirls of chocolate fudge sauce and heaps of chocolate brownie pieces. It's indulgent, but it's worth every mouthful.
Pairing Tip: Enjoy this bold and decadent ice cream flavour whichever way you like. If you’re so inclined, we suggest pairing with your favourite stout beer to compliment the rich dark chocolate with a perfectly balanced strong bitter.
Key Lime Pie
Introducing Key Lime Pie, the zestiest addition to the lineup with a bold citrus hit. This fresh key lime-flavoured ice cream is packed with sweet graham cracker crunch and rippled with decadent whipped cream. The sweetness is paired back with the tart key lime hit, making each spoonful refreshing and satisfying.
Pairing Tip: Enjoy this ice cream with a splash of white rum for a taste of a tropical vacation in every mouthful. Or for a soft drink pairing, enjoy an orange pop with your key lime ice cream for some seriously citrusy flavours.
Apple Pie
Meet Apple Pie, a nostalgic treat just like Grandma makes it (but maybe even better). Fresh apple ice cream swirled with a river of cinnamon and an abundance of Dutch apple pie pieces. Decadent. Delicious. There is nothing better than this Apple Pie ice cream and we recommend you try it ASAP.
Pairing Tip: For a truly unbelievable combination, make an affogato by adding a scoop of Apple Pie ice cream to a shot of espresso.
Pistachio Toasted Almond
The nuttiest member of the crew is Pistachio Toasted Almond ice cream, a sophisticated and perfectly sweet and savoury combination. It’s premium Canadian-made ice cream flavoured with pistachio and tossed with bits of toasted almonds. It's grown up, but we can't tell you why.
Pairing Tip: According to the flavour makers at London Ice Cream Company, this ice cream is so good there is no beverage pairing. Everything else is second best.
Moose Tracks
Meet our most sumptuous and unique member of the gang: Moose Tracks. It’s a hit with adults and children alike. Premium vanilla ice cream loaded with peanut butter cups and swirls of famous Moose Tracks fudge make this ice cream totally unique and delightfully indulgent. The Inside Scoop
A bowl and spoon is obviously a perfectly simple serving suggestion, but you can also try our Co-op Gold Premium Ice Cream in any recipe that calls for a scoop of the good stuff!
Ice Cream Sandwich
Make an ice cream sandwich by squishing the slightly softened ice cream of your choice between two cookies. Spread the ice cream on the flat side of one cookie, then top with the second cookie. Package each cookie sandwich with plastic wrap and freeze for at least two hours or until ice cream is firm.
These sandwiches are tasty on their own, or extra special when drizzled with fresh strawberry sauce, peanut butter or chocolate fudge.
Ice Cream Pie
Slather two containers of ice cream, softened slightly, onto a prepared graham cracker or chocolate wafer crust to create a delicious ice cream pie. Spread the softened ice cream evenly onto the crust, creating a smooth top. Wrap the pie tightly with plastic wrap and foil and freeze for up to one month.
When ready to serve, remove the pie from the freezer and unwrap. Spread whipped cream over the top and decorate with nuts, sprinkles, cherries, chocolate chips or whatever you prefer!
